For the ninth year running the Allspars Final Fling Dinghy Regatta returns on the 17th & 18th October 2026. Bringing with it the excitement, camaraderie and competitive spirit that have made this end‑of‑season regatta a favourite among dinghy sailors across the UK, building on the momentum of previous years, where sailors from clubs nationwide descended on Plymouth for two days of lively racing, the 2026 edition promises another unforgettable finale to the sailing calendar.
Competitors can once again expect a full and dynamic weekend of sailing, with multiple races scheduled across both days. Historically, the event has delivered a mixture of short‑course competition and a longer challenge such as the iconic Around the Breakwater race, creating a regatta that tests skill, stamina and teamwork in equal measure.
