Shelter in Castlebay

With all the multihulls and leading monohulls now berthed in Castlebay, the remaining monohulls are slowly making their way north against fickle headwinds. All should be safely inside the harbor by the end of today apart from WIND OF LORN which is still sailing stead fastly along the Northern Irish coast. Hopefully she will be across the line at Castlebay before the SW gales reach the Hebrides. Thursday morning when winds over 50 knots are expected. Some of the leading yachts may wish to delay their departures until the storm has passed.
